A. Yes, you can clean your devices with a soft dry toothbrush. Never use soap or water. You should also schedule to have your devices professionally cleaned and checked every three months.
Engage your battery right away. Waiting five minutes can greatly improve battery life.
When first fit, frequent appointments are crucial for proper hearing device adjustment.
Try wearing your hearing devices as much as possible. However, if you do experience “ear fatigue,” take them out for a brief period of time.
Do not adjust the volume on your devices frequently. Try setting your devices to a specific volume range that you can get familiar with.
